It is time to be in tune with the seasons! Join Jill Barnattan for a 2 hour Planetary approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Yoga exploration of the season of Autumn. In this workshop we will begin with a brief discussion of the energetics of the primary meridian systems (Lung, Large Intestine & Skin) according to traditional Chinese 5 Element theory, put your fingers on your pulse, and learn which herbs & foods can bring balance to our bodies & minds. Our yoga practice will include therapeutic yoga asanas that work deeply to support the body by helping to heal, nourish & balance our visceral organs associated with Autumn. The process of getting to know your body and identify imbalance is a great tool in self reliant healing.  Discover what you need to attain optimum vitality for this season.
