I had the opportunity to take a winter yoga, intention setting and self care workshop with Jill Barnattan and Nicki Doane on Maui in January. This workshop was amazing and such a game changer.
Jill prepared a delicious and nourishing lunch for us. The best Gado Gado salad I’ve ever had in my life. She also educated us on ancient self care tips. We made salt scrubs infused with essentials oils and oils that served are certain type’s of Doshas.
Jill shared some of her recipes with us to help us nourish ourselves during the winter months! One of my favorites was “ I want my zing back” snack , where we learned to incorporate adaptogenic herbs into our foods. I’m so great full to have meet Jill.
Through her wealth of knowledge she shared I have stated to incorporate adaptogenic herbs into my daily meals and recipes. I would recommend Jill to any one who is interested in knowing how to care for themselves at a higher intuitive level rooted in ancient traditions.
